Route description

The ascent track starts at the valley station of the Fastenberg 6-seater chairlift and first leads through the snow-covered forest up to the Wieslech reservoir and the Wieslechalm. The route then follows individual piste sections, passes the summer trails Flowline and Monster Jumpline, the women’s start area of the 2013 Ski World Championships and the Planai reservoir. Via the Quellbodenhut and the WM Trail, you finally reach the mountain station of the Planai cable car, where cosy places to stop for a break await you.

Tickets

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is permitted during piste opening hours with a ski pass valid on the day of use.

The ticket must be purchased in advance at the ticket office at the valley station of the Fastenberg 6-seater chairlift.

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is only permitted during piste opening hours and
with a ski pass valid on the day of use. In addition to the regular ski passes,
special ski tour infrastructure cards can be purchased in the online shop. This card includes
services such as use of the parking areas and toilets at the mountain and valley stations.
The card must be carried during the ascent and presented to mountain railway staff during checks.
