Route description
The starting point for the ski tour is the paid parking area at the Rittisberglift Süd. On the opposite side of the road, the tour starts along a narrow path uphill. After about 500 meters, you enter the forest. From there, follow the marked route (orange snow poles) through the snow-covered forest. After about two thirds of the route, you reach a forest road - continue following the markings until you turn sharply right onto a forest path again. A few more bends uphill - one last steep climb and you will reach the summit cross of Rittisberg, with fantastic views of Torstein-Mitterspitz-Dachstein.

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is permitted during the published piste opening hours with a Ski pass valid on the day of use.
The ticket must be purchased in advance at the parking meter or at the main ticket office Rittisberg (please keep the receipt with you).
