Route description

The ascent route starts at Planai middle station / Lärchkogel valley station and first leads up the WM path to Lärchkogel. It then continues to the Planai summit at 1,906 meters.

The route is marked with signs – please follow the guidance system and stay on the signposted route.

Tickets

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is permitted during the posted piste opening hours with a Ski pass valid on the day of use.

The ticket must be purchased in advance at the ticket office at Lärchkogel valley station.

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is only permitted during piste opening hours and
with a Ski pass valid on the day of use. In addition to regular ski passes,
special ski tour infrastructure cards can be purchased in the online shop. This card includes
services such as the use of parking spaces and toilet facilities at the mountain and valley stations.
The card must be carried during the ascent and shown upon inspection by the mountain railway staff.
