Opening times: The ascent routes are open during Shuttleberg operating hours. Outside these times, the official piste closure applies. Depending on snow conditions and the number of people on the pistes, it may be necessary to close the piste tour or limit it to the morning hours from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Please note: The ascent is only permitted with a valid ski pass or a tourer ticket.

Directions

The marked piste tour routes take you to the Mooskopf, a high-altitude viewpoint where you can enjoy a breathtaking mountain panorama. The clearly visible ascent tracks, marked in green, run from both sides of the valley to the summit – so you can choose between two different tours.

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is permitted during the published piste opening times with a ski pass valid on the day of use.

At Shuttleberg, you will find two marked, prepared piste tour routes that lead from Flachauwinkl or Kleinarl middle station to the Mooskopf. To use them, you need a piste tour ticket, which includes two lift rides.

Ascent along the designated ascent routes is only permitted during piste opening times and
with a ski pass valid on the day of use. In addition to the regular ski passes,
special ski touring infrastructure cards can be purchased in the online shop. This card includes
services such as use of parking areas and toilets at the mountain and valley stations.
The card must be carried during the ascent and shown on request to cable car staff during checks.
