You can already enjoy an impressive view of the striking Bischofsmütze and the imposing Dachstein massif on the journey on the Papagenobahn. Once you reach the mountain station at an altitude of 1,600 metres, you are treated to a magnificent view of the majestic Bischofsmütze, a true landmark of the region. In a few minutes only, the Hauser Kaibling ski lifts take you to the highest point of Schladming's four interlinked mountains at 2,015 metres. The Dachstein Ice Palace takes you into a mystical world of ice, deep inside the glacier. A special highlight is the throne made of ice, where visitors can take a seat and take an unforgettable photo in the fascinating icy landscape.

Simply relax and unwind. Cosy up in the Hollywood swing on the Kieserl and enjoy the snow-covered mountain world without thinking about anything. 

There is a new panorama platform to discover on the Schlossalm. The platform offers visitors a great view over the entire Schlossalm area. The Schlossalm view rises above the rocks, which is why it creates the feeling of floating. In the bottom of the viewing platform there is a transparent grid, which allows a sensational view into the depths. On the platform there is a bench to rest, have a snack or just enjoy the view.

Is one peak not high enough for you? Do you want to go even higher? Then come to the "Geisterturm", the viewing platform on the "Geisterberg". At a height of 14 metres, you have a fantastic 360° panoramic view of the ski slopes, including the Devil's Route, and the surrounding mountainous landscape. How does it make you feel looking down from such a height?

Tip: In the immediate vicinity of the viewing platform you will find another photo point where you can pose for a souvenir photo with Gspensti and Spuki, the friendly ghosts of Ghost Mountain.

With the elevator "World Cup Express", which is located directly next to the top station of the Schwarzwandbahn, you go up to the Gamskogel. Here is not only the start of the spectacular World Cup slope, but also a fabulously beautiful vantage point. The highest excursion point in the "Salzburger Sportwelt", which can be reached by lift, is thanks to the World Cup final in 2002, when the downhill course was extended to include the steep starting slope on the Gamskogel. The World Cup Express is usually open in fair weather during the main season (except during race preparation and World Cup races).
